How to read this appendix
Research date: 14 October 2026. We retrieved posts through Monid and TikHub.
Fifteen searches returned 242 records and 212 unique posts from 168 authors. This appendix selects 23 posts from 20 authors.
The search ranks engagement. It is not a chronological sample or a representative survey.
The sample includes unrelated results and link-only X Articles. Those articles were not treated as read evidence.
Dates below are posting dates. Performance claims are self-reports, not independently verified account analytics.
Repeated posts from one author count as one perspective. The notes identify commercial interests visible in the retrieved text.
Warm-up schedules and counterexamples

When to retire an account
mudgil_sisters, 2026-03-18: dating app Hot Girl Hotline on old news account did poorly; new account reportedly 3K–700K views on videos previously stuck around300. Author calls old account shadowbanned; prior audience mismatch is explicit and no account-status evidence establishes irreversible punishment. Especially relevant to Eugene's dating niche. Read the X post.

PrettyYellaDime, 2026-07-16: web works but app feed errors. Distinguish app failure from visibility diagnosis. Read the X post.
Publishing and non-follower reach
Mike Stelzner, 2026-08-09: daily short-form learning; hooks, storytelling and tracking non-followers/Reels distribution. Practitioner process, not controlled ranking evidence. Read the X post.

Jack Friks, 14 March 2025: reports about 3,000 Instagram views per video and plans one daily post before trying two. Content experience and other factors prevent attribution to warm-up. This is the same creator, not independent confirmation. Read the X post.
jonnyscales, 26 August 2026: prescribes three days with 60 minutes of activity daily. The post promotes creator-campaign services. No comparison explains why this exceeds Jack's 15-minute routine. Read the X post.
solotechdev, 29 June 2026: reports two to three warm-up days, initial comments, and three app downloads. This reports a business outcome, but cannot isolate timing as its cause. Read the X post.
